Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LokuDeals.lk (the “Service”), operated from Sri Lanka by LokuDeals (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What LokuDeals is

LokuDeals is a directory that lists deals and offers from third-party merchants. We are not the merchant, we do not sell products or services, and we do not process payments. Any purchase, booking, redemption, or other transaction is strictly between you and the merchant offering the deal.

Accuracy of deal information

Deal details, prices, discounts, eligibility, validity periods, and availability may change without notice, and merchants may modify or withdraw an offer at any time.

We work to keep listings current, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, or up to date at the moment you view it. Before acting on a deal, please verify the current terms directly with the merchant.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Extract data from the Service in bulk, whether by automated means or otherwise, without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure context.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Merchant names, logos, trademarks, and branded imagery shown on LokuDeals belong to their respective owners. We display this content to identify and link to each merchant’s offers, and we claim no ownership over it. If you are a rights holder and believe content is displayed in a way you would like us to adjust, please contact us at the email below.

The layout, design, editorial copy, and original arrangement of listings on LokuDeals are our own and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Links to merchants and third parties

The Service links out to merchant websites and other third-party destinations. Those sites are operated by parties we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their offers, or the way they handle your information once you leave LokuDeals.

Limitation of liability

We provide LokuDeals on an “as is” basis and do our best to keep it useful and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LokuDeals is not liable for any losses you experience as a result of:

• A deal being out of date, changed, withdrawn, unavailable, or different from what the merchant ultimately provides.
• Any transaction, dispute, or interaction between you and a merchant — these are strictly between the two of you.
• Downtime, interruptions, or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service.
• Anything you rely on the Service for without independently verifying it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
